Most people never actually end their workday. They just keep wearing it. The same shirt, the same tension, the same head, carried from the desk to the dinner table and then into bed.

In Mediterranean life, the day has a hard seam. When the sun starts to drop, you wash off the heat, the salt, the sweat, and the stress. You change into clean clothes. The evening is not the leftover of the day. It is a second morning.

After the shower, if your skin has spent the day in sun and salt, a little aloe vera gelly calms it before you settle in.

This is not about clothes. It is about signaling to yourself that the real part of the day — food, family, rest — is about to begin. You do not need another hack. You need one clean seam between work and life, made every single evening.
